Lomi-Lomi
Hawai'ian Temple Bodywork
Lomi Ker Ala Hoku

Hawai'ian Temple Bodywork is a form of Hawaiian massage first manifested on the earth by the Kahunas or Hawaiian Shamans more than 3000 years ago. In that time warriors who died in battle were brought to groups of women who performed Lomi in simultaneous waves literally bringing each man back to life.

Lomi Ke Ala Hoku is based on the movements of the dolphins; receive a Lomi session and experience swimming in the ocean waves amidst the light, love and energy of these beings.

The foundation of Lomi-Lomi is the flowing pattern of the Infinity Spiral or shape of the figure 8 Loop which is brought into your body energetically and in liquid massage movements envelopes your body.

Lomi means to weave…weaving energy…weaving light…weaving love literally unweaving unhealthy patterns held in the body and mind and weaving in new possibilities. Flowing in the movements of the Hawaiian waves, held in their safe embrace surrounded by the heat of transcendent music, this is the beginning of Lomi-Lomi.

"The Lomi session I received from Rebecca was shamanic, transformational, and magickal. Lomi-Lomi helped release blockages and move me forward full throttle. It was so many things on so many levels - this is really the best I can do to describe the indescribable."
